    See the two extraordinary castles:

Neuschwanstein: This 19th century Bavarian castle is located near Hohenschwangau and Füssen in southwest Bavaria. The castle was built by Ludwig II, King of Bavaria, as a retreat and as homage to Richard Wagner, the King's inspiring muse. It is the most photographed building in Germany, although photography of the interior is not permitted. The castle served as the inspiration for the Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland.

Linderhof: This is a palace in Germany, near Oberammergau in southwest Bavaria near Ettal Abbey. It is the smallest of the palaces built by King Ludwig II of Bavaria but the only one of which he lived to see completion. The grounds outside the castle are quite gorgeous featuring terraced gardens.

At the end of the tour, you will be dropped off to your hotel in Salzburg.
